What the Personal Energetic Profile Is
The Personal Energetic Profile (PEP) is a deterministic identity model designed to make recurring patterns easier to recognize. It does not begin with a questionnaire. It uses fixed birth information to calculate a reproducible profile and then translates the result into practical language.
| PEP examines | Practical question |
|---|---|
| Recurring contribution | What role do I naturally assume when something needs to change? |
| Change pattern | Does change become clearest while something begins, is tested, or is brought together? |
| Processing mode | Do I understand experience best through action, reflection, or restoration? |
| Cognition and decisions | What gets my attention, how do I organize it, and what helps me decide? |
| Pressure and recovery | How does strain show up, and what lets clarity return? |
| Relationships | What supports trust, communication, boundaries, repair, and complementary relationship archetypes? |
| Vocational Resonance | Which broad vocation families make similar demands to the way this profile naturally contributes, processes change, and works? |
| Fractal Resonance | Where does a similar function appear across other structural layers? |
What You Need to Generate a New Profile
The current identity protocol restores birth city as an explicit identity input. City is used as a normalized identity discriminator together with region, country, time, and timezone; it is not treated as an independent behavioral trait.
| Input | Why it is used | Important note |
|---|---|---|
| Full birth name | Supports the deterministic identity seed. | Use the same recorded spelling each time. The current identity calculation is Unicode-safe. |
| Birth date | Determines Turtle Calendar position and the primary recurring archetype. | Use the documented date of birth. |
| Exact local birth time | Determines the daily THD phase and Energy Processing Mode. | Do not guess if the exact time is unknown. |
| Birth city | Restores sub-regional birthplace specificity to the deterministic identity record. | Use the recorded city name consistently. The city contributes to identity, not to behavioral interpretation. |
| Birth country | Provides the broad geographic identity constraint. | Selected from a standardized list. |
| State / province / region | Disambiguates the birth city and contributes to the identity record. | Required under the current city-restored protocol. For free-text regions, use the same recorded spelling each time. |
| IANA timezone | Resolves the historical local time to a canonical UTC timestamp. | Select the timezone that applied at the birthplace. |
| Repeated-time setting | Resolves the rare hour that occurs twice when clocks move backward. | Leave on Automatic unless the local time was repeated. |
The 3,276 Harmonic Positions
| Layer | Options | What it contributes |
|---|---|---|
| Turtle Calendar pattern | 13 recurring archetypal functions across 364 days | The broad contribution or functional center of the profile. |
| Change phase | Emergence · Contrast · Integration | Which part of change most naturally holds attention. |
| Energy Processing Mode | Action · Reflection · Restoration | How experience most naturally becomes understandable and usable. |
The Three Change Phases
| Phase | Plain-language meaning | What it tends to emphasize |
|---|---|---|
| Emergence | Starting and Shaping | Beginnings, possibility, initial form, and the first useful step. |
| Contrast | Testing and Adjusting | Comparison, pressure, feedback, correction, and deciding what holds up. |
| Integration | Bringing Things Together | Resolution, synthesis, completion, and converting experience into a usable result. |
The Three Processing Modes
| Mode | Plain-language meaning | Typical clarity path | Common overextension |
|---|---|---|---|
| Action | Learning by Doing | Movement and direct engagement generate useful feedback. | Continuing to act after action stops producing new information. |
| Reflection | Thinking It Through | Comparison and internal processing clarify the pattern. | Continuing to analyze after enough is known to decide. |
| Restoration | Resting and Absorbing | Reduced stimulation gives body and mind room to integrate experience. | Remaining withdrawn after clarity and capacity have returned. |
The 13 Primary Archetypes
| Archetype | Public function | Recurring contribution |
|---|---|---|
| Visionary | Future Pattern Mapper | Makes emerging possibilities easier to recognize and organize. |
| Builder | Structure Creator | Turns disorder or incomplete ideas into durable structure. |
| Explorer | Boundary Expander | Extends the available map through direct exposure and discovery. |
| Sage | Knowledge Integrator | Converts accumulated information into dependable understanding. |
| Nurturer | Capacity Supporter | Maintains conditions that allow people and relationships to keep developing. |
| Rebel | Constraint Challenger | Exposes obsolete limits and reopens blocked pathways. |
| Leader | Direction Coordinator | Organizes people, decisions, and resources around shared movement. |
| Artist | Experience Translator | Makes internal or complex experience communicable through form. |
| Alchemist | Transformation Designer | Finds pathways through which one functional state can become another. |
| Guardian | Boundary Protector | Preserves identity, safety, memory, and essential resources. |
| Seeker | Question-Driven Investigator | Follows unresolved questions toward missing information. |
| Healer | Restoration Facilitator | Supports conditions through which lost capacity or alignment can return. |
| Mystic | Whole-Picture Perceiver | Reveals shared structure connecting layers usually treated as separate. |
The archetype is the center of the structural profile, not the whole identity. The complete report shows how it is modified by change phase, processing mode, cognition, pressure response, relationships, Vocational Resonance, and lived experience. The Identity Tone is shown separately as a deterministic phonetic signature.
Compatible Relationship Archetypes
Section 9 also identifies three archetypal capacities with the strongest positive bilateral relationship scores for the primary pattern. v26.6 relationship protocol calculates these from a frozen bilateral relationship map: each pair is scored from both directions so a one-sided classification cannot silently become a mutual compatibility claim.
| What the result means | What it does not mean |
|---|---|
| The other archetype may add a useful capacity, counterbalance, or shared working rhythm. | It does not predict attraction, chemistry, relationship success, or whether two specific people should be together. |
| The ranking is symmetric at the archetype-pair level: A-to-B and B-to-A are combined into one pair score. | It does not override boundaries, values, behavior, communication, or lived experience. |
| The three displayed archetypes are the strongest positive structural pairings under the frozen v26.6 relationship protocol. | It is not an independently validated psychometric compatibility instrument. |
Core Node ID, Identity Tone, and Vocational Resonance
Core Node ID
A self-contained profile key. Save the complete ID to reopen the user-facing report without re-entering the birth form.
Identity Tone
A four-part deterministic phonetic signature generated from the versioned identity record. v26.8 does not assign hash-selected syllables an independent behavioral meaning.
Vocational Resonance
A structural-fit comparison between the profile and broad vocation families. It uses the primary archetype, change phase, and processing mode to identify work families worth investigating.
How Vocational Resonance Works
Vocational Resonance does not assign one career or claim that a person is destined for a job. It asks a narrower question: which kinds of work make demands that most closely match the way this profile is structured to contribute and process experience?
| Profile layer | Weight in the ranking | What it contributes |
|---|---|---|
| Primary archetype | 8 per matched function | The recurring contribution receives the greatest weight because it is the center of the profile. |
| Change phase | 4 per matched function | Distinguishes work oriented toward beginnings, testing/correction, or synthesis/completion. |
| Processing mode | 3 per matched function | Distinguishes hands-on, reflective, and restorative work rhythms. |
| The result can help with | The result cannot determine |
|---|---|
| Identifying broad fields or role families that are structurally worth exploring. | Whether you already have the skills, education, licensing, health capacity, or experience required for a specific job. |
| Recognizing work environments that match your natural contribution and processing style. | Salary, labor-market demand, hiring probability, or guaranteed career success. |
| Comparing several possible career directions using the same internal rule. | Your personal interests, values, ethics, family needs, or the real culture of a particular employer. |

What Fractal Resonance Means
Within the Informational Physics framework, Fractal Resonance describes a related structural function appearing through different forms or layers. The report therefore explains the function behind each correspondence rather than presenting a list of arbitrary symbols.
| Layer | Example of what the report looks for |
|---|---|
| Geometry | How form distributes load, connects parts, preserves a boundary, or organizes movement. |
| Material / mineral | Physical properties that parallel the profile’s recurring structural function. |
| Plant / animal | Observable biological strategies such as building, protection, adaptation, restoration, or navigation. |
| Music | Rhythm, pacing, layering, release, and coordination of independent parts. |
| Color | A visual-field reference used by the PEP correspondence library. |
| Harmonic reference | A structural frequency reference, not a medical treatment claim. |
How to Use Your Profile
Reproducibility Is Not the Same as External Validation
| Claim | Current status |
|---|---|
| Same canonical inputs under the same protocol produce the same calculated profile. | Designed and testable as a deterministic software property. |
| A saved current P268- Core Node ID reopens the encoded v26.8 user-facing profile layers. | Implemented and checked in the plugin. |
| Legacy P266-, P262-, and P26- IDs can be reopened without silently converting their historical identity protocol. | Implemented in v26.8. |
| The profile is an independently validated psychological or psychometric instrument. | Not established. Independent controlled research would be required. |
| Every interpretation predicts behavior for every person in every context. | Not claimed. |
What PEP Is Not
Frequently Asked Questions
Is PEP a personality test?
No. It does not score self-reported preferences. It is a deterministic profile generated from fixed birth inputs within the PEP model.
Why is exact birth time required?
The local birth time determines the daily THD phase and Energy Processing Mode. The IANA timezone is required to resolve that local time accurately to a canonical timestamp.
What if I do not know my exact birth time?
The complete profile cannot confirm the exact daily phase, processing mode, harmonic position, or full Core Node ID without a reliable birth time. Use the best documented birth record available rather than guessing.
Why does the current form ask for birth city again?
v26.8 restores city because state/province/region alone removes legitimate sub-regional identity information. City is normalized and used only in the deterministic identity record. The plugin does not infer behavioral traits from the city name.
What is the Core Node ID used for?
It is the reusable computational key for the user-facing profile. Keep the complete ID if you want to reopen the report later without re-entering the birth form.
Can older Core Node IDs still be reopened?
Yes. v26.8 can reopen P266-, P262-, and P26- identifiers as legacy records. Their encoded Identity Tone is preserved, while older hash-derived semantic labels are not re-asserted as current structural traits.
Will my profile ever change?
The calculated coordinate is stable when the same canonical inputs are processed under the same frozen protocol. A material change to the calculation requires a new protocol version rather than a silent reinterpretation.
Is PEP scientifically validated?
The software uses deterministic, versioned calculations. That is different from independent psychological or psychometric validation, which has not been established and would require controlled external research.
